sarah jo is trying to get a blog going of all the recent and present members of G2 Meds. I had the honor of spending all three years I was at LU on this floor. I have made some awesome friends that I know will be there for me whenever I need them. They also became like another family. If something was wrong they would be there to support their sister. They were there for you when you were in pain or need and they were also there for the joyous occassions. It was hard to graduate and leave a lot of those on the floor that I came in with. The floor is also blessed with members like Jo who adopted G2 as there floor. Former members blessed the floor like christina and gwen. There is something about G2 that I dont think other floors really had while I was there. But i for sure do want to know what has been happening to all the other girls that have graduated and moved on from LU.

working nights is really confusing. I do not remember what day is what or remember correctly how many days ago I did something. but i think i am getting into a routine. My days are now nights; whereas my nights are now days.
There is a couple at work that i work with during the night. I have talked to the husband quite a bit and monday morning before i got off we started to talk about religion. He and his wife are students of Jehovah Witness. We were talking about why they did not celebrate birthday parties. I never did get a straight answer. He said something about the Bible stating two parties and what happened to them. They also do not celebrate Christmas because it was a pagan holiday to begin with. Yeah so the date was pagan, but the meaning is still Christmas. I love Christmas because Christmas is a time for being with families and to surprise each other. But most of all Christmas is the time to thank God for sending his son into this world to die for all of mankind whether they believe it or not. Some Biblical scholars believe that the actual birth did not happen in December, but who cares. It is a nice way to end the year. With the hope and joy and love that God gave to us.
We were able to talk about other issues. But i feel inadequate to be witnessing to him. I do not know a whole lot about Jehovah Witnesses. I know some stuff from another encounter with one. But I want to know more and seriously share with him the truth. So if anyone has any ideas where I could get more information on Jehovah Witnesses, please let me know.
I was talking to mom yesterday - describing Jenelle's wedding. I enjoyed it quite a bit. When I get married (if I ever do) I would want one like hers. Simple but magnificent. Very laid back. i still remember when she and I met. It was our freshmen year at LU during orientation. we were in the same suite. so we started to do everything together. we went to the church fair together and church together for a while before I went somewhere else. I remember hearing her hair dryer in the early mornings and her and candance having fun. She is an awesome friend and I consider it to be an honor to have gone and watched her and chris tie the knot.

I was able to attend Jenelle's wedding this past weekend. It was a wonderful joyous occassion. I am glad I was able to attend. I saw alot of people that graduated from LU last year. Jenelle looked wonderful in her dress and her new husband chris looked stunning. I am happy for them both. Well, i will write more later about the wedding. I am off to work soon.
